Yes, Virginia, Santa Claus goes to school

This year 115 Santa Clauses attended a three-day workshop at Charles W. Howard Santa Claus School, located in Midland, Michigan. Here, they learned various skills like beard bleaching, sign-language, and the art of responding to children's requests.  Boy, I'd give anything to see a hundred Santas ho-ho-ho-ing with their "little round bellies" shaking like bowls "full of jelly."

From farm to belly

Last night we ate baked potatoes.
Here are some photos recording our cooking process.

(1) We selected the best looking potatoes.

(2) We washed and dried them.

(3)  We wrapped them in foil and baked them.

(4) We chopped them up and slathered them with toppings.
They were potatolicious.

*Note:  Several potatoes were harmed during this process.

Friendy produce

I keep hearing that kids need to eat more fruits and vegetables.  Worried about our nation's health, I've come up with a great solution: Friendly fruit and veggies.

Here's my logic:  If we make produce look more appealing, kids will want to eat them.  Still unsure what I'm talking about?  Here's a visual.

Hello kids.  We're friendly oranges.  Please eat us.

Don't you want to eat them up?
