What's up, Chuck?

Hi everyone.
Last week was rough.  Chuck got pretty sick and hubby had to go away on a business trip.  Thank goodness Chuck's better now and hubby's back.  Here's hoping that this week is a better one!

  1. Now where did you get those fashionable shades? :)

Love the retro throw-back! And your lovely dark dark hair! :)

Hope this week is fairing better for you two!

    1. I got them back in Michigan... on sale. :) I don't wear sunglasses too often, but figured I should start wearing them to protect my skin from UV rays (and to prevent wrinkles.. ick.)

    1. Yah. We had to go to the hospital. It was kind of an ordeal. Fortunately, he's much better now and he's actually eating. It's funny, but I just feel so much better when I see him eat food.

  3. I know this is a late post but after seeing the before and after picture of Baby Chuck and talking to you a little bit over the phone about the experience you both had went through, I'm just glad that he's much better. It must have been scary! I don't have a child, well, (I think I need a gentleman first unless I take the adopting route ;p) I once had a dog for about 11 years and he was my baby. I do remember feeling helpless at times when it seemed like I didn't know what to do in situations like the one you have just experienced. I'm just glad things are back to normal and that Baby Felix is back to TIP TOP shape! : )

(P.S - I wish there was an email notification every time you post a blog, so I have instant knowledge that you've posted something for my eyes to enjoy, or a notification that you've responded to my messages would be great so I know to check back. I really don't know much about this Blogger site and it's not as friendly as Facebook or maybe I just don't know the in's and out's of this site and it's friendlier than I thought. lol I feel like every time I hop on, I've already missed too many posts and then my messages would be too old to even post. pooo pooo bear : )

I really do like your blogs about your nifty crafts, family life, your experiences and struggles.

    1. Hey Kim! It was nice talking to you too. I'm really glad he's feeling better. It's so nerve-wracking seeing someone you love in pain and not being able to do a thing about it.

As for the notifications, I'm going to try to link up my new posts to the Facebook page. You could also follow the blog via email. There's a box that you can enter your email in on the upper right hand of my blog below the social media buttons. The posts seem to be sent one day late though....

As for the comments.. I have no idea. I'm really behind on this whole technology thing. I'll look around and let you know if I find out anything new.
